Sylvia Ramos Olivarez passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021. She was born on August 31, 1948, in Alice, Tx and resided in Ricardo, Tx for 47 years. She was a loving, caring wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated almost her entire life caring for her family.
