Sergio Vargas

Sergio Luis Vargas, age 43, passed away October 31, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on December 29, 1975 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Juan Vargas Jr. and Luisa Rocha Vargas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Dora V. Becker.

He is survived by one son, Romeo Vargas in Bishop, Texas, five brothers, Juan E. Vargas, Jose (Barbara) Vargas, Margarito Vargas, Noe (Martha) Vargas all of Kingsville, Texas, Valentine (Martha) Vargas of Orange Grove, Texas, five sisters, Minerva Vargas, Irma Moreno, Enedina (Ruben) Gomez all of Kingsville, Texas, Maria (Moses) of Dallas, Texas, Mary Lou Martinez of Houston, Texas, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2019 from 5p.m. – 9p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. Martins Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.
