Santos Mcknight

Santos "Bob" Valentine McKnight, age 59, a resident of Riviera, Texas passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born June 10, 1956 in Brownsville, Texas to Denny McKnight and Elida Lopez McKnight. Bob was a truck driver in the South Texas area.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Denny McKnight and Elida Lopez McKnight.
Bob is survived by two daughters, Elida Denise McKnight of Riviera and Bobbie Marie McKnight of Harlingen, Texas; two stepsons, Andres Salazar and Joe Anthony Salazar, both of Riviera; one brother, David McKnight of Indiana; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation started after 4:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary was recited by Mr. Carlos Garza Jr. at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 111 South Second Street, Riviera, with Fr. Peter Antony as celebrant. Burial will follow in Riviera at the Riviera Cemetery on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
