REGINA ALLAN GUARNIERI
of Sarita, Texas passed away at home on June 21st. She was born December 4, 1923 in Pittston, PA. The daughter of Joseph Allan and Agnes McDonnell Allan. She was the third oldest of six sisters, Mary Rita, Mary Agnes, Catherine, Ann, and Clare, who have preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons, Father Lee Guarnieri of Sarita, TX and Joseph Allan Guarnieri wife Lisa of Fairfax, VA, daughtersinlaw, Lynda FL and Linda NY. She is preceded by a daughter, Mary Jo Guarnieri, a son, John Guarnieri and husband, Emilio Guarnieri.
She is survived by four grandchildren, Karen LeFevre CT, Douglas Guarnieri NY, Robert Guarnieri NY, Daniel Guarnieri AL, and four great grandchildren, Alexander, Sofia, Jacob and Emma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Regina worked for years in medical records at Franklin General Hospital, Valley Stream, NY. She was a wonderful lady who became lovelier and more gracious with age. She made many dear friends and kept them for life. Regina was extremely generous to charities and always shopped for gifts for family and friends. Not only did she raise her own children, but she helped raise and care for other children whenever it was asked of her. She was proud of her Irish ancestry and traveled extensively with her son Lee. Her warmth, graciousness and caring nature will be be missed by family and friends alike.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 24th at St. Gertrudes Catholic Church, Kingsville, at 7:00 PM, visitation from 5:00 PM with the Rosary at 6:30 PM. She will be interred at St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston, PA preceded by a Mass at Oblates of St. Joseph Seminary.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St.Gertrude School, 400 Caesar, Kingsville, TX 78363 to create a fund for student tuition.
