Raymond Henicke

Raymond William Henicke, age 81, a resident of Bishop, Texas since 1968 passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at his residence. He was born October 28, 1935 in Victoria, Texas to Ben Henicke and Minnie Kleiber Henicke. Mr. Henicke attended George West High School. He was employed by Celanese Chemical Plant for over 25 years until his retirement. Raymond was a U.S. Army veteran.
Mr. Henicke was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Glenda Henicke of Bishop; one daughter, Marilyn Sauceda of Corpus Christi, Texas; one son, Gary Henicke (Jennifer) of Portland, Texas; four brothers, Gus Henicke (Marie) of Cleburne, Texas, Alfred Henicke of Caldwell, Texas, Charles Henicke (Ann) of Beeville, Texas and Willie Henicke (Orlean) of George West, Texas; two sisters, Louise Staggs of George West and Helen Collins of Lake Conroe, Texas; three grandsons, Jason Sauceda (April), Aaron Sauceda (April) and John Sauceda; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Dustin Beck officiating. Burial will follow in Bishop at Restland Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
