Phila Maude Willbern of Kingsville, TX passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022, at the age of 96.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at 1st United Methodist Church in Bishop, TX, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service to begin at 10:30 p.m. A Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Runge Cemetery, Runge TX
