Pedro Silguero

Pedro Mendietta Silguero, age 62, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born October 31, 1950 in Kingsville to Jose C. Silguero and Ninfa Mendietta Silguero. Mr. Silguero was employed as a truck driver for Bay Construction, Corpus Christi, Texas until his retirement. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church.
Pedro was preceded in death December 2, 2006 by his beloved wife of 35 years of marriage, Marianela G. Silguero parents and two brothers, Jose Angel Silguero and Israel Silguero.
Mr. Silguero is survived by one daughter, Maricela S. Obregon Cecilio of Kingsville one son, Pedro Silguero Jr. of Kingsville three sisters, Maria Olga Arredondo Rogerio of Brownsville, Texas, Evangelina Muniz of Corpus Christi and Maria Guadalupe Lopez Larry of Kingsville one brother, Heraclio Silguero of Houston, Texas and three grandchildren, Sergio Obregon, Marco Obregon and Sarah Marie Obregon.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited by Carlos Garza Jr. at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 16, 2013 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Thenan as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at the Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
