Paul (Wayne) Boulware, age 67, passed away on November 10, 2017. He was born in Moberly, Missouri on March 5, 1950 to Paul and Laura Boulware. He spent his first 12 years in Missouri, and then moved to Garland, TX. He joined the Navy in 1969 serving on various boats and ships. He was a Vietnam and Persian Gulf veteran. Wayne served 23 years of faithful service. He worked at Texas A&I, now A&M Kingsville in the supply department. He then moved to the base where he worked for McDonnell Douglas, Boeing and L3 as a Computer Data Analyst.
Wayne met his wife, Linda, while stationed at Pearl Harbor, HI. They were married by Wayne's dad at his parents' house in Garland, TX.
Wayne was a member of the Elks #1926 in Kingsville. He was also a life member of the VFW Post in Garland, TX.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, brother Clifford Boulware and sister Judy Palmer.
He is survived by wife, Linda Boulware of Kingsville, son Anthony (Jennifer) Boulware of New London, WI, daughter Lucinda Boulware of Kingsville, grandchildren Casey Boulware, Oshkosh, WI, Jessica Whittaker and Julie Landt of New London, WI, and great-grandson Sawyer Bazan. He is also survived by brothers Joseph (Alice) Boulware of Garland, TX, Allen (Cindy) Boulware of Kaufman, TX, Ronald (Brenda) Boulware of Denton, TX and Sister Patricia (Marty) Aynes of Conroe, TX.
Visitation and viewing will be at 9:00 a.m. on November 16, 2017 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Services will be conducted by the Elks Lodge #1926 at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2017 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with military honors. Burial will be at Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery in Corpus Christi, TX.
The family would like to thank Del Cielo Home Care and New Century Hospice for their care during Wayne's illness.
Turcotte-Piper, located at 205 General Cavazos Blvd in Kingsville is in charge of the arrangements.
