Ozie Baade

Ozie O. Baade, age 69, a resident of Bishop, Texas passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born December 23, 1943 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Nolan Zac Smith and Thelma Baker Smith. Ozie was a member of First Baptist Church, Bishop, and attended Praise Victory Church, Kingsville.
She is survived by her daughter, Leona Smith John of Martinsville, Indiana son, Alan Baade of Bishop three brothers, Thomas Joe Smith Ruth Ann of Bishop, Eldon Wayne Smith Becky of Houston, Texas and Allen Roy Smith Wanda of Kingsville, Texas one sister, Edna Faye Smith Wagner Dennie of LaVernia, Texas four grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Clif Abshier officiating. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 at Seaside Memorial Park Cemetery, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, First Baptist Church, 311 East 5th Street, Bishop, Texas 78343 or charity of ones choice.
