Ofelia Villagomez

Ofelia Tejeda Villagomez, 77, passed away on February 9, 2020 in Kingsville, Texas. She was born on October 14, 1942 in Falfurrias, Texas to Manuel and Beatrice Tejeda.

She is preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Beatrice; husband, Manuel Villagomez; brothers, Eloy Tejeda, Reymundo Tejeda, Reynaldo Tejeda, Robert Tejeda, Ismael Tejeda.

She is survived by her daughters; Diana Carrera (Casimiro), Christina Villagomez; son, Andy Villagomez; sister, Eloisa Lopez (Frank), brothers, Juan Tejeda (Irma), Rudolfo Tejeda (Mercedes), Rosendo Tejeda (Maria), Ramiro Tejeda (Lupe), eight grandchildren, Emlyn Carrera, Elaina Carrera, Cassidy Villagomez, Lizette Reyes, Ricardo Gonzalez, Jr., Nicholas Villagomez, Jared Villagomez, Isaiah Villagomez; one great grandchild, Liam Gonzalez; numerous nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 5 to 9 PM at Turcotte Piper Mortuary in Kingsville. Funeral Mass will be Friday, February 14, 2020 at 10 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
