Norman Neil De La Rosa, 34, passed away on March 29, 2021. He was born on October 6, 1986 in Kingsville, Texas to Dori Suarez and Norman De La Rosa.

Neil is survived by his mother, Dori Rubio (Albert); father, Norman De La Rosa (Reyna); grandmother, Consuelo Espino (Salvador); stepbrothers, Frankie Robles, and Zack De La Rosa; uncles, Noel De La Rosa, and Ralph Suarez (Cynthia); aunts, Rosie Lee (John) and Sylvia Gonzalez (Felix); cousins, Melinda Suarez, Erika Carrion, Vanessa Salas (Michael), Amanda Lamia (Nick), Ariel Gonzalez, Jennifer Gonzalez, Ashley Gonzalez, Danielle Gonzalez, Dylan De La Rosa, Mathew Suarez (Cassie), Brent Clift (McKenzie), and Bryant Clift.

Our sweet Neil left us too soon. He will forever have a place in our hearts. We will always remember his loving embraces and heart-melting smile. Goodbye for now until we see you in Glory.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at St. Martin’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery
