Norma Soliz

Norma Gloria Soliz, age 57, a resident of Riviera, Texas passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 in Kingsville. She was born April 17, 1958 in Freer, Texas to Emilio Espinoza and Viola Barrera Espinoza. Mrs. Soliz was a former employee of Riviera Independent School District and Kleberg County. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Riviera.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Barrera Espinoza; and sister, Elda Espinoza.
Norma is survived by her husband of 33 years of marriage, Tom F. Soliz of Riviera; four sons, Juan "JJ" Reynado (Amanda) of Houston, Texas, Jason Reynado (Virginia) of Germany, Omar Soliz of Riviera and Adrian Soliz of San Antonio, Texas; father, Emilio Espinoza of Riviera; one sister, Rosa Espinoza of Riviera; and two grandchildren, Logan Soliz and Finley Reynado.
Visitation took place after 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary was recited by Mrs. Gracie Uribe-Cano at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Riviera, with Fr. Peter Antony as celebrant. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Riviera Cemetery, Riviera, Texas.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
