Nelda Felder

Nelda Edna Felder was born May 25, 1922, in Thorndale, Texas, to Charles and Martha Handrick Dutschmann. She was baptized on June 4, 1922, at St. Paul Lutheran in Thorndale by Rev. F. H. Stelzer. She was confirmed on April 14, 1935, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bishop, Texas, by Rev. A. J. Niemann. Nelda Felder passed away June 6, 2014, at the age of 92.
On November 24, 1940 Nelda Dutschmann and Arthur Felder were united in Christian marriage at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bishop, Texas by Rev. A. J. Niemann. Nelda was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bishop and lifelong member of the Lutheran Womens Missionary League. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved her church and family dearly.
Nelda is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur brothers, Edwin, Erwin, and Earl Dutschmann, and great granddaughter Callie Elaine Londenberg.
Nelda is survived by her sister, Bernice Denkeler, of Bishop and three sons, Larry Felder of Bishop, Royce Judy Felder of Bishop and Gene Lynnette Felder of Calallen. She is survived by 8 grandchildren, Stephanie Paul Londenberg, Courtney Fred Dodd, Holly Nick Black, Matthew Britney Felder, Terrell Sarah Felder, Justin Felder, Caleb Kelsey Davis Felder and Leslyn Felder. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, Jonah Londenberg, Carson and Lainey Dodd, Waylon and Bailey Black and Ava Felder. Nelda is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Felder, Terrell Felder, Justin Felder, Caleb Felder, Paul Londenberg, Fred Dodd and Nick Black. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jonah Londenberg, Carson Dodd, and Waylon Black.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014 at TurcottePiper Mortuary in Kingsville, Texas, family will be receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bishop, Texas. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery in Bishop.
Memorials made be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bishop, Texas, or Lutheran Hour Ministries.
