Nathaniel “Nathan” Alexander Caldera, 16, went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2021 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born on June 8, 2004 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jennifer and Robert Caldera, Jr.
Nathan enjoyed gaming with his friends Josh, Matthew, Juan, and J.D. He was always so happy. He never let anything bother him. He was always trying to make everyone around him laugh. He loved his sisters and protected them even though he was their "little" brother. Every parent thinks they have the perfect child and Nathan, to us, was. He never had a malicious thought or word for anyone. He will forever be our " Gentle Giant". His presence, and his voice, is already so missed. Rest easy baby boy. We love you now, forever and for always. We will see you soon.
He is preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Urbano Gilberto Garcia Sr.; maternal great-grandmother, Lois Cooper; paternal great-grandmother, Victoria Caldera; and uncle, Mateo Caldera.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Robert Caldera, Jr.; twin sisters, Victoria and Alexis Caldera; paternal grandmother, Diana Lara (Alex); paternal grandfather, Robert Caldera, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Beverly and Ernest Hamilton; paternal great-grandmother, Anita G. Garcia; aunts, Victoria D. Caldera, Lauren (Tom) Davis; uncles, Gabriel Caldera (Laura), Joseph Hamilton; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at First Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Jack Willoughby. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas 78363.
