Mary Weiss

Mary Zezula Weiss, a longtime resident of Sarita, Texas passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. She was born January 28, 1926 in Runge, Texas to Dubroslav Henry Zezula and Petronila Vyvlechka Zezula. She was employed by the San Pedro Kenedy Ranch until her retirement. She was a faithful member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sarita.
Mrs. Weiss was preceded in death by her husband, Lynwood G. Weiss; two sons, Lynwood Weiss Jr. and Gregory Weiss; parents; one brother; and five sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lynn Phillip; her grandson, Kirk Phillip and his wife Cassandra; and two great-grandchildren, Cash and Kenzie.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Sarita, Texas. A Rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with a Funeral Mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Jim Foelker, O.M.I., as celebrant.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
