Mary Mcfarland

Mary Ann McFarland, age 75, a resident of San Antonio, Texas and a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 in San Antonio. Mary Ann was born on June 7, 1942 in Kingsville. She married Jesse Lee McFarland in 1959. They had four children: Sandy, Terri, Debbie and Jesse Jr.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Robert C. Dear Sr. and Nieves Serna Dear; daughter, Debbie Poland; her brothers, Len Dear and Robert C. Dear Jr.; and sister, Lori Molloy.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse Lee McFarland Sr.; two daughters, Sandy Hogan (Steve), Terri Yaklin (Greg), son Jesse McFarland Jr.; son-in-law, Dean Poland; grandchildren, John L. Hogan, Douglas Yaklin (Jennifer), Lauren Wolfe (Matt), Kristen Clark (Charles), Dustin Yaklin and Chelsey McFarland; great-grandchildren, Emma Miller, Peyton Wolfe, Lane Clark, Presley Wolfe, Case Clark , Ethan Yaklin, Peyton J. Yaklin, and Jordan Yaklin; sister, Cynthia Collins; brother, Darell Dear; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary Ann was a caring and giving person, loved by all who knew her. Mary Ann was a faithful member of University Baptist Church, Kingsville. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please join us in celebrating her life with a Funeral Service at the Turcotte Piper Mortuary Chapel, Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Hilliard officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
