Maria Hernandez

Maria L. Ovalle de Hernandez, age 87, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 in Kingsville. She was born March 15, 1930 in Guadalcazar, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Dario Ovalle and Jacinta Sanchez Ovalle. Mrs. Hernandez was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tomas Jasso Hernandez.
Mrs. Hernandez is survived by two sons, Domingo Ovalle Hernandez (Nancy Ann) and Jose Luis Hernandez (Yolanda), both of Kingsville; one brother, Epifanio Ovalle of Mexico; three sisters, Celsa, Leonor and Cipriana Ovalle, all of Mexico; three grandsons; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Fr. Romeo Salinas as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
