Maria Dominguez

Maria Adalia “Dalia” Dominguez, 74, passed away May 25, 2021. She was born on February 28, 1947 in Ricardo, Texas to Ramon Pena and Otilia DeLeon Pena.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon Pena and Otilia DeLeon Pena, brothers Eugenio, Candelario, Leonardo, Rene, and Martin Pena, sisters, Angelita Gomez, and Elida Gonzalez.

Maria is survived by husband Joel Dominguez Jr, children, Joel De la Paz (Sandra), Robert Dominguez (Michelle), Christina Ramirez (Gaspar), Barbara Pena, two stepdaughters, Veronica Reyna (Rey), Angela Dominguez, sister, Manuela Wilson, sisters in law, Mary Lou Pena, Ofelia Pena, 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 31, 2021 from 5pm-9pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7pm at Turcotte- Piper Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 10am at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
