Maria Alegria

Maria S. Alegria, age 63, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 in Kingsville. She was born April 6, 1950 in Kingsville to Trinidad Rocha and Teresa Candelaria Rocha. Mrs. Alegria was employed for Kroger Grocery Store for nine years. She was a member of El Buen Pastor United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Alegria was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Veronica Marie Alegria parents and brother, Roland Rocha.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years of marriage, Luis P. Alegria of Kingsville two sons, Luis P. Alegria Jr. Maile of the state of Washington and Andres A. Alegria of Kingsville one daughter, Theresa Alegria of the state of Washington one sister, Ida Mae Aleman Henry of Kingsville eight grandchildren and numerous nieces.
Visitation will take place after 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jim M. Curran officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to TurcottePiper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
