Lynn Hayes

Lynn Thomas Hayes, age 54, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Kingsville. He was born November 10, 1958 in Kingsville to Bernard H. Hayes and Vevia Jones Hayes. Lynn was employed as a maintenance mechanic for the Border Patrol.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard H. Hayes.
Survivors, all of Kingsville, include his wife of 31 years, Sheri Hayes, three sons, Jason Haggerton, Chad Hayes and Craig Hayes, one daughter, Kelsey Hayes, mother, Vevia Jones Hayes two sisters, Shirley Hayes of Kingsville and Beverley Hodges and husband James of Grand Prairie, Texas one niece, Candace Lyn Hodges and one nephew, Jamie Hodges.
Visitation will take place Friday, October 25, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2013 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Christ United Methodist Church, 1120 Senator Carlos Truan Blvd., Kingsville, with Rev. James Ramirez and Border Patrol Chaplain Robert Hess officiating. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
