Lupita Silva

Lupita M. Silva, age 86, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Kingsville. She was born in Callahan, Texas to Enrique Muniz and Timotea Gonzales Muniz. She resided in Kingsville most of her life. Lupita lived her life through Christ. She adored her family and lived her life for them. Lupita and her husband were previous owners of Mr. G's Snow Wiz. Mrs. Silva retired from K.I.S.D.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe H. Silva; her parents; and four siblings.
Mrs. Silva is survived by two sons, David (Rosalinda) Silva and Ezequiel (Toni-deceased) Silva, both of Kingsville; two daughters, Diana (Terry) Holcomb and Bernice (Roy) Brown, both of Kingsville; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Rufel (Eva) Muniz of Houston, Texas; and three sisters, Consuelo Lopez, Sarah Gonzales and Esther (Ruben) Velasquez, all of Kingsville.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at King's Way Family Church, 1727 Senator Carlos Truan Blvd., Kingsville, with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at King's Way Family Church with Rev. Edwin Cann officiating. Burial will follow at in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
