Linda Lee Rogers, age 75, a resident of Bishop, Texas since 2006 passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 in Bishop. She was born April 26, 1940 in Jennings, Louisiana to Claude Goodreau and Roberta Richard Goodreau. Mrs. Rogers was a resident of McAllen, Texas from 1963 to 2006. She and her husband were owners of Suburban Accent, McAllen. Afterwards she was a healthcare provider for her family for 26 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years of marriage, Herbert Lee Rogers; parents; and sister, Nina Goodreau.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by five sons, David Rogers of Plano, Texas, Glenn Rogers (Susan) of Wisconsin, Wesley Rogers (Patricia) of Bishop, Michael Rogers and Louis Rogers (Karyn), both of Austin, Texas; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaugher.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jim M. Curran officiating.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
