Leticia Amador

Our beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, Leticia Salazar Amador, passed away on June 12, 2014. She was born in Kingsville, Texas on November 28, 1962.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roberto D. Salazar and Hilda R. Salazar of Kingsville and sistersinlaw, Cynthia G. Salazar and Juanita A. Gonzales.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years of marriage, Daniel G. Amador, daughter Stephanie A. Amador, son Daniel O. Amador and her beloved dog Emmie, all of San Antonio, Texas brother Roberto Salazar and sister Anna M. Ricardo Torres, both of Kingsville, in addition to nieces and nephews.
Leticia Leti Amador was an avid runner, reading enthusiast, bookkeeper and pet lover. She had a beautiful smile and the most gorgeous greenishblue eyes. We will miss her wittiness, attention to detail and beautiful laugh.
Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, Kingsville, with Fr. John Chavarria as celebrant. Burial will be at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to TurcottePiper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
