Leroy Goericke

Leroy L. Goericke, 88, passed away on May 18, 2018 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born on March 14, 1930 to Fritz G. Goericke and Helen Thiem Goericke. Leroy served with the US Air Force, during the Korean Conflict. He later was employed by ARADMAC in Corpus Christi, Texas as an aircraft mechanic, and was a farmer in the Bishop area.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Tommie Goericke, and three sisters.
He is survived by one son, Leroy L. Goericke (Eva) of Kingsville, Texas; one daughter, Tola (Gregg) Lunaas of Richmond, Texas; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary 205 General Cavazos Blvd. Kingsville, Texas.
