On November 24th, 2017 we lost a good person. We lost a Mother, a Grandmother, a Great-Grandmother and a Friend.
June Carolyn Alldredge Coleman was born on August 19, 1929 to Albert N. Alldredge and Ina Mae Gregory Alldredge in Orange Grove, Texas. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; her loving husband, Harold; and her daughter-in-law, Beth.
The Lord took her to be with her Heavenly Family and Friends. He took away her pain, suffering and restored her. She is now laughing and running and reunited with her one love that she missed so desperately.
Mom loved life and people. She and Dad started the Bishop Brown Bag and faithfully served the people of Bishop for 20 years. They oversaw a Scholarship for Bishop students for almost as many years supporting the needs of many young college bound Seniors.
June is survived by a sister, Evelyn Alldredge Krause; four children, Karen Meadows (Stephen), Ross Coleman (Cindy), Michael Coleman and Steven Coleman (Melanie); ten grandchildren, Reese, Zachary, Andrew, Jennifer, Clay, Heather, Jeremy, Harley, Matthew and Michael; and 16.5 great-grandchildren.
The family will welcome friends for a Celebration of Life at her home on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that any donations be sent to help the residents of Port Aransas, Texas. Mail to Trinity by the Sea, P.O. Box 346, Port Aransas, Texas 78373. Mark donation: "Hurricane Harvey Relief."
Arrangements are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
