Julio T. Rodriguez, age 80, a resident of Falfurrias, Texas and a former resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born March 14, 1934 in Kingsville, Texas to Roman Rodriguez and Catarina Torres Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez was a carpenter until his retirement. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Constancia V. Rodriguez of Kingsville two sons, Alonzo V. Rodriguez Christina of Pasadena and Julio Rodriguez Jr. Velma of Laredo, Texas one daughter, Aida Flagg Hjalmar Jesus Tito Aguilo of Pasadena two brothers, Pedro T. Rodriguez of Kingsville and Ernesto Rodriguez of Pasadena one sister, Isabela Briseno of Pasadena seven grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will take place after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014 at St. Martins Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to TurcottePiper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville.
