Juan Vargas

Juan Evodio Vargas, age 64, passed away November 26, 2021 in Kingsville, Texas. He was born May 6, 1957 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Juan Vargas Jr. and Luisa Rocha Vargas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Dora V. Becker, and his brother, Sergio L. Vargas.

He is survived by his son, John Anthony Vargas of Kingsville, Texas; four brothers, Jose Vargas, Margarito Vargas, Noe (Martha) Vargas all of Kingsville, Texas, Valentine (Martha) Vargas of Orange Grove, Texas; five sisters, Minerva Vargas, Irma Moreno, Enedina (Ruben) Gomez of Kingsville, Texas, Maria (Moses) of Dallas, Texas, Mary Lou Martinez of Houston, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; with a holy rosary to be recited at 6:30 PM, followed by a liturgy at 7:30 PM.  Services will conclude that evening.
