Irma Garcia Loera

Irma Garcia Loera passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 8, 2024; she went to be with her Lord and Savior.  She was born on April 18, 1939, in Kingsville, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents Luciano Garcia and Felipa Reyes Garcia, her husband Ramon Loera Sr., her son Roberto Loera, her daughters Elva Loera and San Juanita Loera, her granddaughter Elyn Loera, and her sisters Rosa Trujillo and Mogonia Erebia.

She is survived by her sister Dora Diaz from Kingsville,Tx., her sons Ramon Loera Jr and his wife Helen from Riviera, Tx., Rogelio Loera Sr. and his wife Raquel from Alamo, Tx., Rodolfo Loera Sr. from Kingsville, Tx., Romeo Loera Sr. and his wife Denise from Houston, Tx., her daughter Minerva Loera Vasquez and her husband Guillermo Vasquez Jr. from Houston, Tx., and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was a loving and kind woman of God and we the family were blessed to have her in our lives.

The family will receive condolences from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary; with a prayer service to begin at 7:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor of Templo Betel A/G in Kingsville, TX. A chapel service will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.  A rite of committal and interment will follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery, Kingsville, Tx.

Pallbearers are her grandsons: Michael Garcia, Roel Loera, Rogelio Loera, Jr., Romeo Loera, Jr., Roman Loera, and Rudy Loera, Jr.; great-grandsons: Raymond Lopez and Andrew Vasquez.
