Herminia Trevino

Herminia G. Trevio, 92, a longtime resident of Kingsville, Texas departed this life peacefully to be in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 15, 2014. Mrs. Trevio was born November 28, 1921 to the late Secundino and Simona Saenz Gomez in Cd. Mier, Tamps., Mexico.
Mrs. Trevio was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gabriel C. Trevio her beloved daughter, Anabel T. Gomez and four sisters.
Survivors, include her loving daughter, Melissa T. De La Garza and her husband Pete De La Garza of Kingsville soninlaw, Robert Gomez of San Antonio, Texas two loving grandchildren, Robert Gabriel Gomez of Austin, Texas and Andrea Cathleen Gomez of San Antonio whom she adored dearly one brother, Rene Gomez and wife Eustolia of Corpus Christi, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank TurcottePiper Mortuary, Dr. Jerome K. Hemmert and staff, Uresti Senior Assistance and Odyssey Hospice.
Public visitation will take place at 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2014 at TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at St. Martins Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to TurcottePiper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
