Glenn Mcdaniel

Glenn B. McDaniel, age 95, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in Kingsville. He was born April 2, 1921 in Hood, Texas to Elijah P. McDaniel and Maggie Stockton McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel was employed for Celanese Chemical Corporation as a supervisor until his retirement in 1982. He was a member of Retama Park Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death on June 6, 2001 by his wife, Mildred G. McDaniel; one son, Grady Ray McDaniel - July 11, 2016; parents; one brother; and two sisters.
Mr. McDaniel is survived by one daughter, Norma Jean McDaniel of Kingsville; one daughter-in-law, Rebecca McDaniel of Corpus Christi, Texas; one sister-in-law, Betty Marten of Sanger, Texas; one brother-in-law, Leonard George of Longview, Texas; and one grandson, Elijah Hernandez.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and be private.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
