Georgia Cash

Georgia L. Cash, age 87, a resident of Seadrift, Texas passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born March 21, 1929 in Asherton, Texas to Clyde Harper and Norma Gilbert Harper. Mrs. Cash, a housewife, was a member of the Baptist church in Seadrift, Texas.
She was preceded in death on July 15, 2014 by her husband of 62 years, Melvin C. Cash Sr.; daughter, Martha Whitlow; great-grandson, Konner Whitlow; and son-in-law, Jimmy Whitlow.
Mrs. Cash is survived by two daughters, Ann Patterson and husband Wayne of Kingsville, Texas and Methel Carroll and husband Ed of Port Lavaca, Texas; one son, Melvin C. Cash Jr. and wife Debra of Walla Walla, Washington; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Seadrift Cemetery, Seadrift, Texas with Rev. Carl Westbrook officiating.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, Kingsville, Texas.
