Genaro Velasco

Genaro Reyes Velasco, age 80, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Friday, February 24, 2017 in Kingsville. He was born December 2, 1936 in Bishop, Texas to Miguel Velasco and Evangelina Reyes Velasco. Mr. Velasco was employed at a local paint and body shop.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Delfina Guerra; and two brothers, Magdaleno Velasco and David Velasco.
Mr. Velasco is survived by one sister, Constancia Rodriguez of Kingsville.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Rosary will be recited by Carlos Garza Jr. at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. A graveside service will be held at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Chamberlain Cemetery with Deacon Raul Rosales officiating.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
