Gabriel Alvarado

Gabriel Alvarado, a beacon of joy and laughter, left this world on January 17, 2025, at the age of 40. Born on October 4, 1984, Gabriel was known for his vibrant spirit and larger-than-life personality. He possessed an infectious sense of humor that could light up any room, bringing smiles to all who crossed his path. Gabriel lived life exuberantly, embracing each day with an enthusiasm that was uniquely his.

Education was important in Gabriel's life, culminating in an Associate's degree and HVAC certification, which he wore as a badge of honor. But it was not merely his academic achievements that defined him; it was his personal passions and interests that truly highlighted the essence of who he was. Gabriel was an avid fisherman and hunter, finding solace and joy in the great outdoors. Whether casting a line into tranquil waters or honing his skills out in nature, he always approached these pursuits with fervor. His love for singing was another avenue through which he expressed himself, often lifting the spirits of those around him with melodies filled with warmth and joy.

He leaves behind a cherished family who will carry his memory with them. Gabriel is survived by his beloved daughter, Ariana Nicole Alvarado, and his soon-to-be-born son, Gabriel Jr. Alvarado. His mother, Janie Sanchez Alvarado, stands strong after the tremendous loss of her son, supported by his brothers, Elias Alvarado III, Alex Alvarado, Daniel Alvarado, and Joshua Alvarado, alongside his sister-in-law, Audi Alvarado. Gabriel’s legacy will continue through his family, which also includes several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who knew him as a loyal friend and loving family member.

Gabriel was preceded in death by his father, Elias F. Alvarado, and the guiding spirits of his paternal grandparents, Elias T. and Maria A. Alvarado, as well as his maternal grandparents, Jose Guadalupe and Maria Angelita Sanchez. Their memories will provide comfort to his family in the days to come.

Memorial services will be held on January 24, 2025, at 5:00p.m. at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary located at 205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363, with a prayer service starting at 6:30p.m., where those who loved him will gather to reminisce, to celebrate, and to honor a life that truly illuminated the lives of many.

As we say our goodbyes, let us remember the joy and laughter he shared and the enduring light of his spirit that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. Gabriel Alvarado may have left this world, but he will forever remain a cherished soul, beloved and missed by all.
