Felix Salinas, Jr.

Felix Salinas Jr., age 38, a resident of Kingsville, Texas died Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Alaska. He was born March 3, 1977 in Kingsville to Felix Salinas Sr. and Petra Arriaga Salinas. He was presently employed with SA Exploration Oil Company in Alaska. Felix was a hard worker but always made time to make everyone laugh through good times and bad times. We will miss you dearly, and we will miss your smile.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Felix is survived by his wife, Melissa Salinas and their daughter, Savanna Salinas; his oldest daughter, Lizette Salinas; Felix's new born son, Izaac Salinas from Houston, TX; one granddaughter, Alayda Ruiz; step-father, Ruben Naranjo; step-brother, Ruben Naranjo Jr.; brother, Joel Salinas (Andriana); and numerous nieces, nephew and cousins.
Visitation will take place 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday April 24, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday April 25, 2015 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Thenan as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
Turcotte-Piper Mortuary is in-charge of arrangements.
