Eva Kane

Eva V. Kane, 90, passed away on May 24, 2019, in Kingsville, Texas. She was born on February 6, 1929 in Palito Blanco, Tx to Basilio Valadez and Corina Valadez.
She wholeheartedly enjoyed singing, dancing, and serving as a spiritual leader in her community.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and first husband Alvaro C. Perez.
She is survived by her husband Fred L. Kane; children, Al Perez (Gary Kraft) of Lewes, Delaware, Roel Perez (Gracie Martinez) of Kingsville, Alex (Lucy) Perez of Kingsville, and Amy P. (Roger) Montgomery of Austin, Texas; one sister, Omelia Tijerina (Ramiro) of Kingsville, Texas; grandchildren, Alexander Perez Jr., Roel Perez, Jr., Jeremy Perez, Roy Anthony Perez, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until services begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
Contributions in Eva's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
