Eugene Hickey Jr.

Eugene Hickey Jr., went to be with our Lord on April 8, 2022. Gene was raised in San Antonio, graduating from Mac Arthur High School class of 1969. He went on to graduate from Southwest Texas State with a degree in agriculture. Gene loved the land and was always plowing, planting or improving the pasture! Gene had a twenty year plus career with Quick Wash Laundry where he was their jack of all trades; and master of most!

Gene was blessed with a loving family, his wife Dana Faye; daughters, Brooke Hickey & Brady Lutenbacher; son-in-law, Justin Lutenbacher; granddaughter Reagan; grandson Lincoln; and brothers, Dr. David S. Hickey and Mark B Hickey.

The family will receive condolences at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary; with a chapel service to be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
