Emma Munoz

Emma Utley Munoz, age 87, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Kingsville. She was born April 15, 1926 in Kleberg County, Texas to Encarnacion Utley Sr. and Anita Galvan Utley. Mrs. Munoz, a homemaker, was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Silvestre O. Munoz daughter, Ernestina Munoz grandson, Raymond Saldana greatgrandson, Keith Robert Wells four brothers and one sister.
She is survived by four daughters, Celia Saldana of Kingsville, Enriqueta Jimenez late Lionel C. of Beasley, Texas, Oralia Alaniz Roy of Corpus Christi, Texas and Rachel Munoz Mario Garcia of Austin, Texas six brothers 19 grandchildren 29 greatgrandchildren and 13 greatgreatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 20, 2014 at St. Josephs Catholic Church, 1400 Brookshire Drive, Kingsville, with Fr. Romeo Salinas as celebrant. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery.
