Elias Alvarado

Elias T. Alvarado, age 90, went to be with our Lord on February 3, 2016. He was a resident of Kingsville, TX and had passed away in Victoria, TX. He was born on July 20, 1925 to Juan Alvarado and Catarina Trevino in McAllen, TX. He had been retired from Brown and Root Construction Co. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Maria A. Alvarado; daughter, Elvia Alvarado; son, Elias F. Alvarado and granddaughter, Elisa Alvarado.
He is survived by his three daughters, Yolanda Benavides of Victoria, Texas, Maria A. (Jose E.) Cano of Brownsville, Texas and Paula A. (Raul, Jr.) Gonzales of Pflugerville, Texas; one sister, Maria Trinidad Cobos of Mission, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. on February 7, 2016 at Turcotte Piper Mortuary, a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 12:00 p.m. February 8, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St Gertrude's Memorial Cemetery
