David Taggart

On July 10, 2014 our sweet brother, David Earl Mc Taggart, with the angels rejoicing, went to his home in heaven. David was born in Nola, Mississippi on September 3, 1930. He was 83 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Era Louis and Frances C. Mc Taggart and three sisters, Edwina Poland, Emma Jean Schneider and Mignyonne Kyle.
Mr. Mc Taggart is survived by his sisters, Ernestine Hoff Floyd, LaVonne Wells Charles, Charlotte Swoboda and Carolyn Arnold Bonikowski Frank.
A very special thank you to Sherry Hoff Ellison, niece, for the wonderful love and care that she gave David. Also, a special thank you to the staff of Refugio Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care they showed to David. He was truly a part of the family.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the TurcottePiper Mortuary. Graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014 at Restland Cemetery, Bishop, Texas.
Services are entrusted to TurcottePiper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
