David Garza

David B. Garza, age 61, a resident of Ricardo, Texas passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 in Kingsville. He was born February 8, 1955 in Kingsville to Juan Ozuna Garza and Balbina Beltran Garza. He was a retired Kingsville Independent School District employee. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his horses at his ranch. He especially enjoyed barbecuing with his family and was always the life of the party. David was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Dee Dee Garza of Ricardo, Texas; one son, Juan Felipe (Kris) Garza of Ricardo; two daughters, Jennifer (Brian) Chapa of Edinburg, Texas and Victoria "Vicky" Aimee Garza of Ricardo; step-daughter, Vanessa Marie (Erasmo) Reyes of Edinburg; mother, Balbina Garza of Kingsville; five grandchildren, Esperanza Garza, Jaedan Chapa, Braedan Chapa, David Javier Garza and Juan Felipe Garza Jr.; three brothers, Juan (Cathy) Garza of Kingsville, Domingo (Elma Rosa) Garza of Ricardo and Jesse Garza of Houston, Texas; and four sisters, Rosa (Rolando) Quintanilla of Ricardo, Belia Garza of Kingsville, Becky Delgado of Kingsville and Veronica Garza of Houston.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
