Cecilia Perez

Cecilia "Cici" T. Perez, age 95, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on January 23, 1921 in Falfurrias, Texas to Juan Trevino and Inez Byington Trevino. Jose H. Perez, Cecilia's husband, was a self-employed auto mechanic for approximately 50 years and Cici was his assistant by helping him repair cars and manage Perez Garage.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose "Pepe" H. Perez; parents; and siblings, Rodolfo "Rudy" J. Trevino and Catarina Trevino Arriaga.
Mrs. Perez is survived by one son, Juan Jose Perez of Kingsville; two daughters, Anita Sylvia Perez and Maria Teresita Perez, both of Kingsville; two sisters, Mary Garcia (Jose B.) of Fremont, California and Bertha Diaz De Leon (Victor) of Kingsville.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited by Deacon Richard Costley at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Thenan as celebrant and assisted by Deacon Richard Costley. Burial will follow in Kingsville at Resthaven Cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
