Carlene Digby

Carlene Jackson Digby, age 90, a resident of Kingsville, Texas and a former resident of Big Spring, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in Kingsville. She was born March 14, 1926 in Center Point, Texas to Alonzo Jackson and Mary Elizabeth Sells Jackson. Mrs. Digby was a longtime member of the Kingsville Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Larth Digby; and parents.
Mrs. Digby is survived by four daughters, Edwina Cox (James) of San Marcos, Texas, Elaine West of Kingsville, Ruby Digby (Ray) of Florida and Jennifer Moceika of Kingsville; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will take place Friday, July 1, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Kingsville Church of Christ, 11th and Huisache, Kingsville. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Kingsville Church of Christ with Dr. Jim McDoniel and Evangelist Tim Bennett officiating. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
