Beatrice Penn

Beatrice Gallegos Penn, age 55, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 in Kingsville. She was born May 21, 1962 in New Braunfels, Texas to Jose Gallegos and Sebastiana Sosa Gallegos. Mrs. Penn was a member of Praise and Worship Center, Riviera, Texas.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Destiny Marie Alegria.
Mrs. Penn is survived by her husband, Steven Labe Penn of Kingsville; one daughter, Stephanie Marie Alegria of Riviera, Texas; four sons, Lionicio Alegria Jr. (Theresa), Moses Alegria (Marisa), Adrian Alegria (Amanda) and David Alegria (Priscilla), all of Riviera; five sisters, Josefa Ramirez (Roger), Keta Martinez (Herbie), Natalia Dailey (Charlie), Dalia Llamos (Max), and Christina Gallegos (David), all of New Braunfels; six brothers, Jesse Perez (Delfina), Jose Gallegos Jr. (Lola), Frank Gallegos (Gloria), Tony Gallegos (Rosie), Michael Gallegos and Marcos Gallegos, all of New Braunfels; 30 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018 at King's Way Family Church, 1727 Senator Carlos Truan Blvd., Kingsville. Prayer service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018 at King's Way Family Church. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at King's Way Family Church with Rev. Rodney Light officiating.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
