Angela Bricker

Maria De Los Angeles "Angie/Angela" Rodriguez Bricker went into the arms of the Lord on November 22, 2015 at the age of 52. Angela fought a courageous battle with stomach cancer. She was born on July 25, 1963 in Kingsville, Texas. She graduated from H.M. King High School in 1981 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics at Texas A & I University in 1986. Angela was an avid Texas A & I Javelina and Dallas Cowboys football fan. She and her husband Craig attended many Javelina football games in Kingsville. Angela taught 12 years of Home Economics in Brownsville, Donna and Mission ISD. Angela was introduced to Mary Kay Cosmetics through her Aunt Lucy Chapa. Angela embraced her career as a Mary Kay Consultant and made many strong and lasting friendships that led to her success as a top Sales Director in McAllen. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends for her kindness, thoughtfulness and contagious smile.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jose C. Rodriguez Jr.
Angela is survived by her husband Craig Bricker; mother, Angelita V. Rodriguez; siblings, Rosie ( Ralph ) Urias, Maria Elena ( Chris) Salas, Esther ( Sylvester) Gonzales, Joe ( Velisa) Rodriguez and Christina ( Jeff ) Bailey. Angela had eight nieces and nephews ( Alyssa, Philip, Lauren, Jadan, Gabriela, Joseph, Ava, & Alec ) that she loved dearly.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at St. Martin's Catholic Church, Kingsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin's Catholic Church in Kingsville, Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen or your local animal/humane shelter.
Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas
