Alejandro Olivarez Jr., age 48, went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2018. He was born on March 24, 1970 to Alejandro Olivarez Sr. and Irma De La Paz Olivarez in Kingsville, Texas. Alejandro worked almost 5 years with Ricardo ISD in the Maintenance Department and Transportation. He enjoyed his students whether it be pick up or drop off or be the driver for the field trips with the kids. He enjoyed listening to Vinyl Records from the classic 80's. He enjoyed designing different tumbler theme cups, cooking outdoors every weekend while watching all sports that include; Football, Basketball, Nascar, Hockey, Boxing, and the Kentucky Derby. Overall Sports Commentator on every sport and his favorite team was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He took pride in his work and enjoyed life. Alex always looked at the positive of every obstacle given and always could make you laugh in times of difficulty. He had a talent to make people laugh. His greatest legacy and his pride and joy are his sons along with family.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Delia J. Olivarez of Kingsville, Tx., two sons; Adam N. Olivarez and Noah A. Olivarez of Kingsville, Tx. Parents, Alejandro and Irma Olivarez, Sr. of Kingsville, Tx., two sisters; Belinda (Eddie) Perez, and Jackie Odom of Kingsville,Tx, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held from 5p.m.-9p.m. with a Rosary at 5:45 p.m. and a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Kingsway Family Church. Interment will follow at Chamberlin cemetery.
