Adam Muñoz

Adam Jay Muñoz passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the young age of 5 years old.  He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on February 11, 2016.  Adam loved music; he especially loved taking rides in daddy’s truck. He loved Mickey Mouse and enjoyed playing with bouncy balls that would light up; he always had this huge smile on his face that would light up a room.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Adam is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Muñoz Sr.

Among those left to cherish his precious memory are his parents, Robert and Yvette Muñoz; siblings, Mallery Muñoz and Roberto Muñoz III; paternal grandmother, Mercedes Muñoz; maternal grandparents, Carlos and Mary Alvarado; aunts, Idalia Muñoz (Jacob Espinosa), Christy Muñoz, and Monica (Eddie) Villarreal; cousins, Lainey and Ezra Espinosa, Aleida Rodriguez, Eddie Jr., Anabel, Carissa, and Miranda Villarreal, Doryan Alvarado, and Devan Salazar; second cousins, Emrie and Yazlyn Mireles; paternal uncle, Jose Daniel Muñoz; maternal uncles, Rolando Gonzalez, David Alvarado, Margarito Alvarado, and Carlos Alvarado Jr.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Turcotte Piper Mortuary, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 PM.  A chapel service will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Turcotte Piper Mortuary.  Interment to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
